Our Custom Audio Partners have partnered with the Ear Project network of Specialists for a streamlined white glove approach to obtaining ear impressions for their custom audio products. They are tired of the old process which has been a major source of friction for their clients. In the old approach clients handle their own logistics of getting ear impressions all on their own - a not so fun or easy thing to do. Some custom audio vendors are seeing a 25-30 % fail rate for impressions as they are not meeting their specifications causing further challenges in perfecting a comfortable custom audio fit for their clients.
